true, there is no productive version of local SAP WEB-IDE. if we are thinking to develop fiori-like application we can use eclipse till there s a local-productive version of sap web-ide. Also, using web-ide online doesnt mean that all of your customer needs a cloud-hana platform. we can also, deploy applications from web-ide to the abap repository.
I've been under an impression that, somehow, Kapsel needs to be coupled with SMP in order to make sense in a SAP landscape. Otherwise, just Cordova itself is enough to write mobile apps.
