Hi,

 

Try clearing both your metadata cache and Browser cache, when you remove the roles from the user.

  • Transaction: /IWFND/CACHE_CLEANUP on Gateway
  • Transaction: /IWBEP/CACHE_CLEANUP on Backend and Gateway
