this is strange, that SAPUI5 developer guide does not contain such information. I still got hope, that anyone in SAP will re-read this guide and think about it....I have written much more helpful documents about much more simpler tools 
.
If anyone has some links to better explanation of models, binding etc. in SAPUI5 I will be grateful.
