I was trying to configured Supplier self-registration via workflow in Souricng9.
I have configured supplier type and mapped to UI2. When I am trying to save & registered supplier detail via UI2 self-registration URL, page is not saving and showing the success message after registration. It is not showing any error also.
I have checked background error, no error has been recorded by system. I have configured same in Dev/UAT environment & it is working fine but in SIT we are facing this issue.
I have tried to register supplier via default self-registration URL and that is working fine.
Please let me know your view on the issue.
