True. It allows you to count a bin without "locking" it up. Placement/Removal TOs can be created without error against the bin being counted.
Furthermore, you can only clear differences if ALL transfer orders are confirmed for the counted bin. Can someone confirm this process?
Yes. Well, actually your count document will become active once the bin is clear of open transfer orders. The differences can be cleared automatically or manually based on the config settings.
