early MM period close in january 2013

Hi all,

Due to chinese new year, I need to close the January

Month period on 26th jan instead of 31st jan.

In this period, if user want todo the GR, then they need to choose the february posting date instead of january posting date. Am I correct?

Please advise any other impacts.
