Issue in transaction CC02: Error Object type 66 not defined for change number

Hello All,

When I am trying to update a change number using transaction CC02, I am receiving an error "Object type 66 not defined for change number".

Object type 66 means ValMatVers (Validity of Material Version).

In AENV table there is an entry for my change number with object type 66 which was created during creation of change number in year 2014.

But now I don't see this object type in change master transaction

Please provide your inputs to fix this issue to save changes in ECN.
