Yes, you can get the Name of the User who Settled the transaction.

Table VTBFHAZU:

BUKRS = Your_Company_code

RFHA = Your_Transaction

SFGZUSTT = 20

The User Id is strored in CRUSER field.

You can do it the same as you do with End Date here
