BI 4.2.3 JDBC Connection to SQL2012 defaults to SSL

All Experts,

     We are having another issues with our BI 4.2.3 install.  When we create a NEW JDBC connection to MS SQL 2012 it forces us to use SSL.  We DO NOT use SSL.  All previously created connection seem to work fine it is only happing when we create NEW JDBC connection from IDT.
