I'm using IE8 and I believe BI4.1 supports IE8.

Yes, that is exactly the same error message I'm getting.

When I create a hyperlink do a document within Business Objects, then it is working perfectly fine.

But when I try to create a link to an external website such as www.google.com or www.sap.com, then I' getting that error.

Any idea how to get this fixed?
