I am new to PMS module, have some doubts
1. How can I crate differentiate goals in PMS (Talent management specialist role can we use in EHP5 & EP 7.3)
2. How & where can I assign Appraisal template mass / individual employees?
3. Where we can differentiate Appraisaltemplates (Pre-di & Flexible), for these two templates
a). for both templates configuration same or not, if not same please explain where differentiate?
b). at portal level what are the steps required for these two templates?
