Valuation basis is different from factoring , Request you to check X013 PCR out put in XT00 Time sub schema in payroll Schema
25 is hourly Rate you should get daily rate .
If you want to bring unpaid absence in another wage type please check /846 and /845 which are standard wage types
You can also use customer wage types to Valuation rule in T554C
