Hi,
from PSA/target (using shooping cart /posting date)you can identify since when do you have this issue.
if you are receiving data for these 3 fields previously, identifying root cause will help you to investigate further.
mean while try to load one shopping cart with has values (above 3 fields) and load it to PSA and see.
