Prompt new password for users in next logon

Hi experts,

Are there any report or function for ask new password for all users or some users that will log in?

With the parameter login/password_expiration_time if I write to 1 today and restart the server; tomorrow all users will ask the password again, this is ok; but... if I no change to 0, the day after tomorrow will ask again?
