We have a custom development where TF partner functions gets added to PO header through custom dev. Please find the process is below:
1) When PO is created-> idoc gets triggered to quadrem succesfully (lets say output message ZNEU)
2) Once we receive the response back from quadrem, another message gets triggered to TMS ( output message ZNSP)
3) TMS sends response to ECC through SHPMNT idoc type and TF partner function gets added to PO header through custom development.
Now when this TF partner function is getting added system is triggering ZNEU change message again to quadrem because of which vendors are getting confused considering it as changed PO.
This started happening 1 month back only. Earlier ZNEU change was coming as red with message "No IDoc items belonging to purchasing document found" but now it coing in green.
Our concern is partner funstion field is not there in T166c but still triggering PO change output.
FYI-Last month we had service pack upgrade but SAP has replied no such changes are there in new service pack
