Just for your info, With a lot on Enhancements to the SAP standard we managed to have multiple profiles to the same substitute.
It was a deep enhancement but it works like magic, I still don't know why SAP is not doing it as standard. First to get a key to change table HRUS_D2, once include profile as part of the key then the real work starts.
