It is not your code, but the B1Studio extension is not working properly.
May I know on which VS version are you installing ?
The problem lies on while compiling the program, the B1Studio extension should have created a file with the extension of B1S under the bin folder.
But somehow it does not. instead it is creating under the Installationfolder\B1Studio\bin folder.
If you compile this addon (do not run it yet). go to the Installationfolder\B1Studio\bin folder, find this B1S file and copy to your Project\Bin folder, the program should run.
You need to this everytime there is a change on the form (Adding/Removing/Updating the objects on the form.)
But, I also dont have a permanent solution for this
