Like PeteA we have the Prometheus Print Manager which is very useful for giving the option to print all documents and attachments at the same time (without having to open and print each attachment). At the moment all attachments are added manually to the order.
Ideally we wanted to:
1 - Automatically attach documents to the order when raised (which it looks like your recommendation may do). We don't currently use SAP DMS but will give it a try to see if it is practical for us.
2 - Give option to print all documents at once. Prometheus Print Manager prints shop papers and attachments. Not sure about DMS documents.
