How to insert a picture (green arrow) in all rows in a given column in a Grid?

Hi,

I want to insert a green arrow (greenarrow.jpg) in all rows in a specific column of my GRID.

How can this be done?

Note: I don't want to insert a link arrow. I only want to insert a picture without any links.

          I will then use an et_DOUBLE_CLICK event to open a SAP B1 menu
