BI system copy

Hello everybody,

We had installed sap bi ABAP and Java instance (SAP EHP 2 for SAP NetWeaver 7.0) on single box with different SID on windows 2003

(64-bit) + SQL 2005 environment( 64-bit)

I have to move same on another server. please suggest me how to do?

I have gone through the guide " System copy guide SAP system Based on the Application server ABAP + java of SAP Netweaver on windows" in that stepmentioned :

"

On the source system, run the installer to create an export of the Java

central instance[ page 37] by choosing the

following installation service on the Welcomescreen:

<SAP Product> Software Life-Cycle Options System Copy MS SQL Server

Source System Export

<System Variant> Based on <Technical Stack>

&#9632; For a central system, choose Database and Central Instance

Export.

N O T E

On the installer screen SAP SystemDatabase Export, make sure that you

select Use database-specific toolsfor the system copy method.

&#9632; For a distributed system, choose Central Instance Export.

When performing the export, create a MIGRATION EXPORT CD image, which

contains the data

of the exported system, and which you use to install the target system.

2. Detach the database files from the source system database or create abackup and copy the files to

the target system.

3. Attach the database files or restore the backup of the source

database

on the target database server.

I am confusing that some step mention database detach and attach and

first step mention that "create export"

please suggest guide or steps to move server using database specific ie.SQL server procedure.
