We are having material which make to order. That means system creates order upon requirements. So far we were receiving STO order from WH to manufacturing plant. So system creates process order at plant location & delivery. These both appear in MD04. No issue so far in this scenario.
Now recently we receive customer order, which we later converted to delivery. Even Sales order ATP created process order for this scenario. Somehow this delivery and process order not appearing in MD04. I'm trying to find out the reason but not succeed yet.
I checked the strategy of the material and everything looks okay to me. We have few other MTO materials, which have same strategy in material master & they do appear in MD04.
I already followed following link but wonder none of steps helping me to resolve my issue.
MD04: Problems with sales orders
Even I checked scedule line category in sales order, which is CP (MRP). So no issue here as well.
Not sure what else I'm missing to check.
