If I have understood your question clearly you are basically asking if there is any sap standard transaction code available that helps to get the document list which we can get through by clicking on Document List option while we are on Transaction code - FB03.

I dont see any sap standard transaction code for document list as such however standard line item reports might help to some extent.

I agree 'Editing Options' - Transaction Code FB00 will not help exactly the same way that you need like document list option.
