Reports not in sync

Hi Experts,

I have an issue where abap reports and bw reports(BEX) are not in sync. For bw(3.5 version) data is flowing from view to cube . Abap reports are good but in bex they are not showing equal values that of ABAP reports,but for some BA identifiers and sales organisation they are syncing but not with all.

Please let me know your ideas if you have faced this kind of issue.
