In Transaction COMM_PRAPPLCAT, you have assigned a hierarchy that is not from the sending R/3 system to the sales application.

1. First, check the settings in Transaction COMM_PRAPPLCAT. If the categories are replicated from the R/3 system, the R3PRODHIER hierarchy that is replicated from the R/3 system must be specified for the sales application. You cannot enter a hierarchy created in the CRM system if you want to replicate the data from the R/3 system. If a hierarchy with the R/3 product hierarchies does not yet exist in the CRM/EBP system, delete the entry for the sales application. The system resets this entry automatically during the download.

       Repeat the download after this change.

                       you can delete categories from Transaction COMM_HIERARCHY

Delete hierarchy Z* with the report COM_HIERARCHY_DELETE_SINGLE

Delete the entry R3AI_DNL_CUST_PROD1 in SMQ2.

Do the initial download of DNL_CUST_PROD1
