how to fetch BP's and Contact person and User from Org unit in sap crm

Hi All,

I want to fetch BP's and Contact persons and User details which has assigned to Org Structure or org unit. after fetching all data i need to send to third party tool in xml format. please guide me how to fetch these details based on Org structure and how i can send to third party tool and PI system from sap crm.
