so I think the following requirements can be removed from future job adverts :: "having experience not more than 1.5 yrs ." because that might discourage potential candidates who might otherwise be interested.
but of-curse not your fault mate... probabaly you are not the one who crafted the job advert. But you may pass on the feedback to Manager / HR who did that
