SNC canonical name cannot be determined

Dear experts,

Is there any BAPI which updates SNC canonical name?

The scenario is I need to create users from source to target system and I'm using BAPI_CREATE_USER1 for this requirement which updates all my required fields.

But while updating SNC, it is updating correctly but giving error in SU01 as "SNC canonical name cannot be determined" but SNC name is getting updated.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
