I am not able to successfully activate Amazon AWS EC2 instance. It's generating the following error:
"Operation Start failed on step Start start VAs with message: Start failed for VM SAP Server due to Amazon Web Services issue : AMAZON : Your account is currently being verified. Verification normally takes less than 2 hours. Until your account is verified, you may not be able to launch additional instances or create additional volumes. If you are still receiving this message after more than 2 hours, please let us know by writing to aws-verification@amazon.com. We appreciate your patience. (Service: AmazonEC2; Status Code: 400; Error Code: PendingVerification; Request ID: 592d2c30-e4ef-4262-96e8-f3185cdc872f"
It has been over 8 hours now and the only option on HANA Cloud is "Suspend". Any help to resolve would be appreciated!
