Your design of routing is not proper. What I understood from your question is for cutting operation you will be using any one of the five cutting machines (which are having same capacity). If my understanding is correct you can explore following options.

1. Using planning resource/work center option...

Planning Resource

2. Actual work center during confirmation

Change of resource in time ticket process order confirmation

3. Work center classification

In the routing you can put only one operation for cutting (instead of maintaining five times) and assign any one of the five work centers to this operation or a planning work center (option1).
