I found a note SAP 1916211 - Error: CR Data Provider: Please check that 'User same database logon as when report is run' option is set on the Dynamic Recipient Document. Crystal Report error message: Database logon failed. CRSDK00001013 [CRCAF00000042]

But the note does not mention whether there was an ADAPT for this issue.

If you are on a lower Support Package as mentioned in the note, you would need to update the same. Else raise a support case with AGS and identify whether the issue is a bug in the same support package.
