Unable to connect via RFC server after BODS upgrade

Hello Friends,

I have configured all the Realtime services having Green status. Now,I've been starting the RFC server and I'm facing the below error:

The UniversalConnector method "StartService" job name "Service_Realtime_Batch_DQ_SAP_Name_And_Address_Match" generated an error:

"Failed to connect to the Data Services server. Ensure that Data Services is up and running.".

Oct 28, 2014 9:48:24 AM Error:  Unable to start the dataflow Service_Realtime_Batch_DQ_SAP_Name_And_Address_Match on the DQ server. 

Please check that the DQ server machine is running, the configuration file settings are correct for the DQ server, and there are no network problems.

Can anybody please help me out in sorting out this issue
