Hi Anthony,

 

I just tried it myself and also got the issue that "we are sorry but we are unable to provide the requested solution at this time". I've asked the team to have a look at it.

 

In the mean time, have you checked the security group/access point configuration in CAL? Have you opened the dedicated ports in CAL on the HANA Server for your client IP?
