There is no easy way. You have to spend some time on SQL to improve your SQL skills, then you can write a query by yourself against oracle database and compare the results with that of your WebI report.
The query should be same or similar between the two environments, once you see that WebI is pulling the data correctly from the database, then you are ensuring that your universe is generating the right SQL for the WebI report. This way you can improve your skills in SQL, Universe designing and WebI reporting.
