Hi there, you need to log into your online learning portal and go to the WBT course page that is currently listed as "offline." On the course page, you will see a message at the top saying "You downloaded the course for offline playing. If you want to play the course online again, you must synchronize the progress you made offline with the data in the Learning Portal." Underneath that there should be a link saying "Switch to Online Player" which begins the synchronization progress.
This works for courses completed entirely offline, or completed mid-way through and you want to replicate your progress back online, to either store it, or the continue the course Online.
