Problems with setting theme (SAP UI5)

Hi guys!

The porblem is the following.

Nowdays in  system i have the following link to xSS portal http://(server)(port)/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/arsrvc_suite_pb/main.html?page=HR_SELFSERVICES

It looks like (as i understand it is a landing page)

So when I enter to designer theme

http://(server)(port)/sap/bc/theming/theme-designer?sap-client=100 i dont see any theme which looks like on picture above

I have only themes which look like this

So as i can understand there are two ways.

I use incorrect designer theme which is using for another type of portal

I use incorrect link to ess portal which show only landing page

My questions:

How to get the designer theme where i can change theme for landing page?

Which algorithm should i use to set up theme like on pic 2?
