Hi,
I try to update existing items to insert commodity codes in itm10 (ItemIntrastatExtension) in 9.1 using DTW. The commodity codes are already inserted in the intrastat-configuration.
I do the following:
- Start DTW and login
- Import->Masterdata->Update Existing Data
- Chosing Invetory->Item Master Data
- Select File Type txt
- Chosing File for Items and ItemsIntrastatExtension (I already tried to use only the ItemsIntrastatExtension, same result)
- Click next and check mapping rules (everything seems to be fine)
- Run DTW
None of the items was updated, error message:
No matching records found (ODBC - 2028) No matching records found (ODBC - 2028)65171
Is anyone here who already successfully imported commodity codes in SBO 9.1
has anyone any idea what goes wrong?
