SAP ECC 6.0 Contact Center

Hi,

We are looking to integrate Cisco with SAP ECC 6.0. We are looking for two options 1. Providing full 3^rd party call embedded into SAP ECC. 2. Do only a screen pop for new call.

What all options do we have for the above integrations?
