EPM formula in data range

In EVDRE if we have a formula in first row , the same would have copied down with expansion but in EPM it is not happening.

All I am trying to do is to have a report with Entity in row and Time in col axis. In the resulting grid i want to use EPMWORKSTATUS function (for all data cells) and show the lock status. But the formula is not getting copied down on expansion.

1) Need to copy down EPM formula on expansion

2) Need to copy down conditional formatting on expansion
