Automatic SRM user creation not working in portal

Hello All,

SAP Portal =7.30

SAP SRM (ABAP) system = 7.0

We are working on a scenario wherein SAP SRM user gets created automatically in portal.

We followed all steps given in below link SAP but due to some reasons it is not working.
