Javascript error in WAD after system update

Hi there,

after a system update (NW and BI Java) to the latest version, I get the followig error whe opening an Web Applicatio Desidner analysis:

TypeError: document.attachEvent is not a function

document.attachEvent("onactivate",sapUrMapi_DBTN_showDBtn);

This error occurs on existing analysis which worked well until the update, as well as on new analysis, which are completely empty.

The error occurs on all browsers I've tested with (Firefox, Chrome, IE, all latest version).

Any ideas whats wrong here?
