Not sure if you know but I've encountered an issue where the _SYS_STATISTICS tables are not available in the HANA Cloud trial on Rev 72. I have dropped the instance and started from scratch but encounter the same issue where cannot save any new views as a check looks for the _SYS_STATISTICS:STATISTICS_ALERT_LAST_CHECK_INFORMATION table.
