Hi Vicky

 

Please contact the BASIS Team for this. They need to configure settings for outbound emails.

Or, SCOT->dbl click SMTP-> SET Button for messages - for emails and set *.* for valid recipient types.

If you still get the error - then basis team need to setup the settings for outbound emails.
