Wha is happening in our system is: Users are opening INput reqdy Query and they are leaving system without closing the input reqdy query. And when we ran the planning sequence through process chain, process chain is getting failed saying error message is: data is exslusively locked by user......... so i want to deltete those locks. If i delte those locks uisng the above methods would it be any side effects or causing any othe issues in the system. Please share me if u experienced any side effects. This issue happening in the prod system and we couldn't replicate this issue in the Dev and Quality sytem also since we don't much data in the dev and quality sytems.
