XT00 is a mandatory if there is no time management because of the Basic data read in XT00 Sub schema

Ex:- WPBP split created based on XT00.

-- > And also IT table ZL table merged in this we have a function 'ZLIT' and and also when you up-load time data they read P2010 function this also in XT00 sub-schema , this is mandatory for all Payroll
