Hi Trina/Connie Have you managed to successfully implement this Note (1796928)? We have followed all instructions to a tee (although that being said, on activation of Business Package HCM_LSO_CI_4, it delivers all the necessary code and entries etc. as standard), without any luck of success. Our WBT courses do not get followed up at all in the new standard way. We have also noticed that when creating override Infotype 5047 (Follow UP Control Options) and setting the required entry to S System -> O 9Confirm and Follow UP Participation Automatically) -> Activate it does not allow us to save the Infotype, instead coming up with an error saying "Confirm Participation" process missing”. This is contrary to what the Note says is required. We have attempted a few combinations without any success. Our debug has also been unable to find a reason for this cause. Keen to know whether you have managed to implement this successfully. We have just upgraded to EHP6 with NW 7.31 so really we are up there with all the latest and greatest support notes. This is really frustrating as we want to revert back to standard as part of this upgrade, but it does not seem like the standard is working correctly. Hoping you can assist, regards, JP
