SBIW: Fill setup table by specifying period/date?

Dear Experts

I'd like some suggestion on processes of filling up setup table and initial load data into SAP BI.

1. In case, in SAP R/3 has some sales documents from 10 years until current. If I'd like to initial load ONLY the last 3 year data until current into SAP BI, should the setup table be fill with those last 3 years data?
2. In t-code = SBIW (fill setup table, SD-Sales Order), there was no criteria to specify period. How could the ONLY last 3 years data could be filled in the setup table?
3. If there are only few sales order documents were chosen to fill in the setup table, the rest of data (last 3 years) which were not selected could be automatically extracted into SAP BI (selection criteria (date) which was specified in SAP BI instead)?
4. If the schedule the V3 job is not set, what will happen?
5. How come there is no variant for setting during scheduling the V3 job?
