JDBC server connection not generating outer join

Hi, I have a universe using JDBC connection over MSSQL Server. When I try to create a report in Webi. Webi does not generate outer join, in other hand when I try to create report using ODBC connection it generates outer join.

Can anyone please tell what is the cause behind it?
