I need your help on this one. I have BOE 4.1 SP 2 on the back-end, and using BI Mobile APP (5.1.8) on the front end, for ipad and iphone. After accessing an explorer infoview, and filtering on a specific dimension, I want to email this view to others. When the email is sent out, the recipient get the a copy of the email and chart on their mail. The mail does not contain the right chart and information. It does not have the filtered info, but rather the default view. If the recipient click on the link on the email, then it would also bring up the wrong infoview. This is the same for both iphone/ipad version. Any help is appreciated.
