un-merge table cell in WEBI

Hi All,

Currently I am using BOXI 4.0 WEBI,  anybody know how to un-merge the cell ?  (see attached MergeCell)  i.e.  instead of collapsing a single name to one,  I would like to display repeatedly each row with the same name and records
