YTD Report only basing on FISCPER

Hi ,

I am struggling to creat YTD report Based on FISCPER. 

I dnt have any other time chars.

Please let me know the options(like interval, Manditory) to be eneabled to creat

1)customer exit variable ?

2)user input variable  ?

i have tried with many postings code for customer exit nothing is working

3) please let me know customer exit code for YTD  values based on  FISCPER?
